How I can help.

  • Train with me 1:1, with each session aligned to your specific goals and movement preferences. My goal is to always meet you where you are and help you to progress in a fun and safe environment.

  • Have a group that loves to move together? I’m available for recurring small group training sessions.

  • We work closely together to define what your goals are, set up systems to help you track and achieve change, and build positive habits. What we focus on is different for everyone, but most people include elements of nutrition, exercise, sleep or stress.

  • I love working with teams! I offer both one-off team building sessions as well as recurring group training sessions.

How it works.

CONSULTATION

I always like to start with a video call so I can find out about your goals, your exercise history, and any movement limitations you might have. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions about how we’ll work together.


SESSIONS

I coach a large range of fitness levels and backgrounds, and tailor sessions to the individual based on goals and experience. And, first and foremost I like to teach people how to move well! From there, strength, skill and intensity will progress as you’re ready.
