“Dan’s sessions are HARD WORK, but WORTH IT. She helped me get back on track – both physically and mentally – and my body has never felt lighter, stronger and just healthier overall. I have chronic neck pain due to a neck protrusion, and I was looking for a trainer to help me with my neck/posture since physical therapy wasn’t doing much. I also hadn’t worked out properly in 1-2 years due to COVID and my neck, and thus, had developed a fear of moving/being active. 

Dan makes sure to understand your needs first through a 1:1 consultation, then tailors your workouts based on your goals, body condition, and history. Workouts and level of difficulty are different every session based on the progress you made in your previous session. Plus, I NEVER get bored, which was always a problem with previous trainers I’ve been with.
